I purchased a custom harvest table from Sabrina at Black Pearl Furniture which was delivered at the beginning of December 2023. By two months later the top was warped and sagging in the middle. I contacted the seller who assured me that she would honour the “10 year warranty” and would provide a new tabletop. I spent from then through the end of April 2024 dealing with her setting various times to come and replace the top only to not show up due to a variety of excuses.
