I purchased the Oran Lone Ranger leather duffle bag, after calling the store. Annie got back to me even though it was a public holiday and helped with clarifying colors etc. Paid for the bag on a Sunday and it was delivered on the Friday. Fantastic bag, very happy with it, plus great customer service. Highly recommended 😀
