Let me start out by saying moving with an 8 month old is hard enough. Black ops came in and not only moved our large heavy items and boxes we had packed but also lended a hand to pack up some more boxes! This was the third time we have used them and they have always gone above and beyond! We will use them again and again!!
Amazing job moving a very large and fragile piece of furniture from one part of the metroplex to another. It was a small job but a big job at the same time! Would highly recommend and hire again.
I had previously used this company before and had a great experience, so logically I was prepared to use them for an upcoming move. I requested a quote, received one and knowing my budget limitations, decided I would need to go an alternate route. I wish that’s where things would have just ended— I was accepting of the fact that I couldn’t go with the company this time, but if I needed to for other items in the future, I’d reconsider them then. Crew of 3 moved us out of our 2Br 2b apartment in 2 hrs 15 minutes. Officially stopped but helped us carry another few loads while off the clock. They made sure to wrap the furniture and took great care of our breakables.
Danny, Kyle and Lucas were BEASTS!!! They made fast work of a ton of boxes, bags, and plants. I can’t speak highly enough of these fine gentlemen. I am so grateful for their moving me to my new start in life. I will be a repeat customer. FIVE STARS!!!
