I was very happy with the help and support I received from Carol with the transfer of house deeds. As someone who is a little overwhelmed by legal jargon and paperwork, it was all very smooth and easy to understand thanks to Carol. The time frame of completion was also shorter than I envisaged. I will definitely be using Carol to do the conveyancing when I move house. Also, the receptionists are very friendly and smiley.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience with Black Norman Solicitors (specifically with Shoab Panwar, who is also one of the firm’s directors). I was suggested to use them at the request of the seller, that they would do the job extremely quickly, only to later find out that the seller is a childhood friend of Shoab Panwar.
