I would highly recommend Black Monarch Beauty Co LLC. The facility was very clean and modern. Julia did an amazing job on my powder brows. I love them! She used numbing cream and let it set for the perfect time before starting, the tattooing did not hurt at all. I would definitely go back for other services she offers.
I have been going to Julia for almost a year now, always a great experience, I have lash extensions & recently have gotten Ombre powder brows , love them. I thank her for her experience, very professional and beautiful salon.
I found Julia online and I was so impressed. My lashes look natural yet add a little something to the eyes!! Her space is cute, inviting and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

And prices are very reasonable I have had lots of complementary on my lashes and eyebrows it’s sure worth it driving 45 min And my appointments are made to fit my schedule love the environment thank u very much
