The bankruptcy attorney is horrible(Mark A Black). Will try to make you reaffirm your mortgage and car when not required to keep them. Tried to charge me over 2400 for a chapter 7 (in 2017). The guy was creepy also and when I said no thanks he'd lower his crazy price like 50 bucks, and say that I'm just doing this for you cause I like you, bs like that. I was like yeah we're done here. So glad I've received my discharge thru another more affordable law office without reaffirming a thing.
