I recently booked 4 transfers, one being a larger vehicle for 8 (including two requiring car seats) - all I can say is that, I am so glad I found you. Our drivers Iki, Amir, Anoop and Zulf were all very punctual, very pleasant and even made the kids laugh. Everything from the booking process via Kim (such a gem and so easy to communicate with) to the transfers was communicated with a high degree of proficency and professionalism. Our dealing with them recently was flawless - it was almost too easy I wondered if they were a legit company but they certainly are and provided excellent service, immaculate cars and great pricing. 15/10 excellent service to my driver from Black Luxe Chauffeurs when I was picked up from the Brisbane Airport & driven to Surfers Paradise Friday afternoon in peak hour traffic. Amir arrived on time to pick us up. In fact he had messaged that he was on his way about 45 mins before pick up. Very attentive made sure that everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend.
