Impeccable service, from making the booking through to the car and the Chauffeur. I was picked up by Malik from Sunshine Coast Hospital and driven to Brisbane. I had just had a day surgery and needed someone to collect me from the recovery lounge as well as drive me home. Nothing was a problem for Malik, he was extremely professional and caring. I was so impressed with the entire service, I will absolutely use Black Luxe again and I highly recommend them.

My brothers and I used Black Luxe for a transfer from a wedding in the Sunshine Coast hinterland after previously having issues with surge pricing on rideshares. They were excellent, arrived when they said and communication was always prompt. The car was very comfortable as well.

We used Black Luxe to get us to and from Brisbane Airport as it was cheaper and more convenient than using parking at the terminals. Our pickup for the trip home was made from the overseas departure lounge at short notice. Shelley was able to secure the same driver- Ricky- to be waiting for us within the terminal. Driver was friendly and we felt safe in his driving ability. Thank you Black Luxe for your excellent service.

Had two really good quick trips with Black Luxe Chauffeurs this last week and both trips were seamless and pain-free. The cars were both very luxurious, super clean, fresh and the drivers were impeccably turned out as well. Both Ricky and Iki arrived well on time, if not early, helped me with my luggage and shopping, and drove me safely to the door. No stress at all. They really knew their stuff. We had an incredible experience with this chauffeur company, everything was seamless from start to finish.
