Just wanted to say a big thank you to Shelly and Ricky. The Service with Black Luxe Chauffeurs was excellent and made my 1st trip OS in many years very simple / I was well looked after with Shelly's admin support and Ricky's Chauffeuring. The car was lovely and clean, the complementary water most appreciated, and Ricky being early was brilliant. Excellent Service all round and look forward to utilising Black Luxe Chauffeurs again in the future. Thank you.

My brothers and I used Black Luxe for a transfer from a wedding in the Sunshine Coast hinterland after previously having issues with surge pricing on rideshares. They were excellent, arrived when they said and communication was always prompt. The car was very comfortable as well.

Impeccable service, from making the booking through to the car and the Chauffeur. I was picked up by Malik from Sunshine Coast Hospital and driven to Brisbane. I had just had a day surgery and needed someone to collect me from the recovery lounge as well as drive me home. Nothing was a problem for Malik, he was extremely professional and caring. I was so impressed with the entire service, I will absolutely use Black Luxe again and I highly recommend them.
