Jon picked us up right on time in a nice SUV BMW very clean. He drove us to LAX with no issues. We arrived timely. Great service good driver professionally dressed polite and kind. Great job Jon! Thank you I will always use this service reliable and text day before confirming and text update response on pickup at 3am. It was perfect! Great Company.

Jon was fabulous! He texted me earlier in the day just to check in and confirm the details of the pickup, which gave me comfort because we were coming on an international flight, and we were going to be tired. When we landed, I texted Jon and he gave me the directions I needed to easily meet up and get going. Absolutely seamless.

Hi, We have used Black Limo LAX a couple of times, to and from the airport. The driver, Jon, has always been prompt, courteous, and the ride has been safe and comfortable. The vehicle is very nice. Best of all it is curb-to-curb pick-up at a reasonable rate.

Black Limo LAX was excellent to work with. They were very responsive in booking, providing confirmations, and making sure their drivers were on time and in constant communication. I could not recommend them enough!
