David was an amazing lawyer to talk too and have on my side for 2 years, I even got as far as Richmond sending me a letter for court hearing( just waiting on a date for court) It saddens me to say I received a letter 9/29/18 that he is resigning and taking a job with SSI. Yep, he's on the other side now. However I wish him the best, but now I have to start all over.

Mr. Black is definitely the guy you want on your side! He was honest and straightforward. His no nonsense can come across as a bit arrogant or intimidating (personally) but that is absolutely a quality of an excellent lawyer. I am so glad I chose him as my lawyer. I followed his advice and thanks to him, I won my case with all the back pay. I will always be grateful for his help and representation.
Mr. Black is the most caring and loyal person I know. He is a fantastic attorney and I know because I've spent my entire life looking up to him. #bestdadever
I have had the opportunity to speak with Mr Black on two occasions about my daughter's disability issues. Although I have not needed his legal services, he has been very polite in answering my questions. He is great at a speedy response and has been very helpful in helping us to navigate the services available since my daughter's spinal cord injury. We are fortunate to have him in our town and I would not hesitate to use his legal services in the future.
