Strongly recommend Phil and Jennifer for preparing your taxes! After preparing our taxes, they set up a call and guided us through our tax documents. Our return with Black Ink was way better than the return Turbo Tax estimated! Worth it and they had great service!
I had a negative experience with Black Ink Industries and was ripped off. I initially spoke with Jennifer on two separate occasions regarding my account needs. She seemed like a good fit based on our discussions. I registered on their online portal and paid the initial fee. After payment, I attempted to follow up via both phone calls and email, but I received absolutely no response. I was completely ghosted. Do not trust this company !

Phillip and Jennifer are top notch when it comes to not only tax preparation but also tax planning! They take the time to make sure you understand everything and they are extremely detailed. Our taxes can be complicated since we have many small businesses. It’s so great to know we have a team on our side to plan ahead to get the best possible outcome each year. These two are invaluable and we highly recommend them, it’s well worth the cost!
