The salt “cave” is just a room that has some Himalayan salt rocks and bricks. Then it’s just filled with essential oil scents and music. The music wasn’t soothing and the overall experience was lacking compared to others in the area. Very over-priced. Other services might be better but this isn’t worth the drive.
Was treated to a microdermabrasion facial with Connie. Upon walking in, was greeted with relaxing music and aromatherapy. While waiting, my feet sat on a hested Himalayan salt stone. There were drinks and healthy snack mix. Great atmosphere! Facial was good. Connie asked the right questions to be able to customize the correct products for my skin type. Very nice facility with accommodating staff.
I was excited to try out the massage and salt cave as I have heard some good things about it. I’m not sure what others expect but I expect relaxation and hopefully a good customer service experience along with a relaxing massage. I didn’t get that! I have high expectations for a massage as there is a massage therapist in my family. My massage was fine but had a few issues.
