Poor communication and customer service. My girlfriend and I used to get massages here and bought them in packs of 6. My massage today I thought was at 11 and it was at 10. My mistake. I got a phone call around 10:20 asking if I still wanted to come in for a shorter massage or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and said I would speak with my girlfriend to decide on a time.
