Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lots of cute and funny gifts
I opened one squishy toy box because it had already been opened before, just to feel it before buying it. I ended up not even getting it and bought other stuff instead. The worker immediately started following me around the store and treating me like I was stealing or doing something wrong instead of just politely asking me not to open anything. She was rude, aggressive, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service could’ve been handled way better.
