The service was amazing, and all employees were nice and welcoming. When checking in for the flight on the helicopter, Anna, the one employee, gave us a rough draft of what to do when entering the helicopter and what to avoid doing when exiting the aircraft for safety reasons, when entering the aircraft the other employee, Ashley was very nice and helped me into the helicopter. Great adventure, great service had a blast
The staff at Black Hills Helicopters were incredibly friendly and professional. They worked with us to surprise 2 of our family members with a helicopter flight as a gift. The building and location provide a fun and welcoming environment. You can have coffee while you wait and enjoy the beautiful view. On the flight they saw views Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills.
Absolutely outstanding experience with BHH! Very accommodating! Scheduled a Mt. Rushmore flight during the holidays. Personable and professional family-run operation. Will absolutely be back!
