Their ATM didn’t give me the option to get smaller bills. A lot of places won’t take $100 bills now. I went in and asked if they would swap them out for something smaller and they won’t help me because I don’t have an account with them. I am obviously a customer if I’m spending $2 per transaction (and I had to do 3 transactions because of their settings). Won’t be using their ATM again.
No tellers. Everything is video transactions.
Harsh people with no idea of the impact they actually creat
