I’m disappointed with my recent experience at BHFCU. I was told to sign a form for a loan update that included wording about “satisfying” the loan, and I was given an explanation that the form supposedly meant “close or satisfy,” even though the word “or” was not written anywhere on the document. If I could I would give this place 10 stars!!! The Member Experience Consultant Hannah is so helpful and amazing at what she does! I have lived in two other states (Texas and Nebraska) due to joining the military, and I have needed a loan for a car both times. Not only did she go above and beyond by helping me get my loan quickly (both loans were time sensitive), but she went out of her way to look into things so as to ensure I wasn't being cheated into needing anything extra for my loan. I’ve been waiting almost 30 min in the drive up teller lane. There is an open sign and employees have walked past no one even stopped to mention they would be right with me or anything. The lady at the computer has turned and looked at me and then looked away. I have a sleeping baby and the drive up works best. I understand places are short staffed but a little customer service goes a long way.
