Really wish you would update your drive up hours. From multiple failed attempts to use I've found your drive up is not open on Saturdays. Not open at 7am on weekdays nor 8am. Drove by the one in spearfish this morning thinking I'd use the bank in the town I live in. I guess I won't make that mistake again.

I am visiting from across the country and ran into bad weather on the way so my funds were running low and I had a gallon size ziplock bag full of change and went in to cash it in for gas. I am not a member and I have an amazing bank where I live so I am not used to being treated so rudely at a bank. I had to ask how to use the machine and was charged ten percent and although the teller that I had was a nice, sweet girl, the one who was giving orders was horribly rude and even said she didn't know why I would need a receipt ... read more
