Great banking experience, great customer service, honest and fair and they are their for you.
The worst Bank and the worst decision I have made picking this bank. They have locked me out of my account and card 8 times this year itself. I get it resolved on the phone then give it a month and they will change your password and lock your card without letting you know or just a simple email. Disgusting behavior for a bank to this. I shouldn't be held back by what I buy. I simply bought a 100$ headphones and it was my first purchase in a month on that card and they locked me smh.
I stopped in at the BHFCU of Pierre. I got held by a lady named Lana Culver. She helped me out tremendously. She gave me some knowledge that I most definitely needed to know. 100/10 Customer service. I appreciate her and the knowledge she gave me.
i have been doing business with this bank for over 2 years and decided for once to take advantage of a program they offered and that was the worst decision ever and trying to get any problem solved is a joke
Love this bank and the people just hate there are so many buttons to push to talk to an actual person.
