The teller told me to take my glasses off to deposit money. They have my I.D. on file. So what do they assume I get someones account number then try to deposit money into there account? I will just use mobile deposit from now on. Keeps locking my card for no reason. Took multiple calls and forever to talk to anyone and found out they changed the expiration date on my card to my new card that I haven’t even gotten yet. No help at this branch then called the wall branch and sat on the phone for another 20 minutes in line trying to buy Christmas stuff til they finally figured it out. I should be able to access MY money when I need it.
I swear this bank is the worst never going to change overdraft me again when the app show u how much u have left and now they overdraft me on some bs fix ur app or do something
