What a horrible decision to replace humans with computers! I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to incredibly long lines
If I could leave zero stars I would. This bank has been an absolute nightmare to work with from setting Up the electronic payment from day one it took hours on the phone and five different people who knew nothing of what was going on. I got multiple different answers from people not one the same. When I tried to make extra payments on a loan, I got a virtual teller that was rude and not helpful and could not answer any of my questions. Then when trying to pay loan off, I could not pay over the phone I could not pay it throug... read more
Sandy who helped start a account was so helpful and knew her stuff so friendly everybody we came upon was so friendly. It was nice no deposit to start new account.
