I will edit this if it’s changed but I just had the rudest phone interaction with one of your accountants 😭 like- she kept telling me my last name and first name was invalid and I didn’t have any numbers with me (so that’s on me) but then she kept repeating “this isn’t black hills credit, this is black hills community” and I said “yeah, I’m only under black hills community, that’s weird” the followed by “well this isn’t black hills credit.” Girl pleeeeeease I’m just trying, I literally just said I only bank with yall. They used to have great customer service, but in the last 6 months or so my feelings have shifted. The staff don't really understand the accounts they offer, which is weird. It felt as if I was finding out about account types at the same time as the person who was selling them. They've also become increasingly dismissive. If you're withdrawing/depositing you won't notice it, but anything that takes more than 5 minutes is more effort than any of their staff are willing to put the time into. It was quite strange.

Great bank with great customer service. I've never heard of them closing a customer's account for holding political beliefs they don't agree with, like some national banks do. I highly doubt they would. They also don't open new accounts without out authorization to increase revenue nor do they process deposits late so that payments bounce like some other banks do, like, Well, you know.
