The customer service is absolutely on point at Black Hills Car Rentals. However, coming into a new city and renting a car, you'd expect a nice, newer style car. I wanted a full size car, and we ended up paying more than $100.00 per day for a 2016 Chevy Impala "limited". The only thing limited on this vehicle were the options and I was very disappointed to be get in a 10-year-old car for the price. It's 2025 guys!! We had lots of odd questions and different scenarios to ask them about, and John was incredibly kind and patient and funny and never once frustrated. Great customer service, highly highly satisfied.
