A pleasure doing business with honest people. Customer service is a-1,picked us up at airport and took us back. Even though we went over allotted miles still the most economical rent in the area.
These guys were great! They had the car I asked for when I arrived. The process was smooth and fast. The car was clean and in great condition. And best of all, a much better value than one of the big names. Highly recommend.
The customer service is absolutely on point at Black Hills Car Rentals. However, coming into a new city and renting a car, you'd expect a nice, newer style car. I wanted a full size car, and we ended up paying more than $100.00 per day for a 2016 Chevy Impala "limited". The only thing limited on this vehicle were the options and I was very disappointed to be get in a 10-year-old car for the price. It's 2025 guys!!
