Excellent customer service!! Very accommodating!
Could not be more grateful for this place. They were phenomenal. We were in a pinch when the airport was out of cars and the only option was a 299 van from the airport. My fiance called this place on a whim and they were awesome. We received a great, affordable car. Picking it up and getting loaded and on our way was so much more easy and relaxing than it is other places we have rented. Jon was so personable and kind. I would 110% recommend Black Hills Car Rental. John made getting our vehicle from the airport extremely easy. No waiting in lines and his prices were WAY better than the other car rental places. Don’t waste your time checking with them if you’re in Rapid City. Call John! He also gave great advice on where to stay and where we could rent a wheelchair while we were there. Everyone we met at Black Hills Car Rental was so personable, our vehicle was great and our transportation was never a worry during our amazing trip.
Friendly service, very competitive pricing (compared to name brand rental companies at the Rapid City airport), and smooth process. As a particular plus, they offer pick-up and drop-off from the Rapid City airport for a very modest fee (may be related to an airport fee, unclear if the company adds on anything!).
