I have been to Black Hills Bikes three different times this summer, and every time received top notch customer service from Joe. As someone who doesn't know a whole lot about bikes, it was very reassuring to have him take ample time and explain everything to me. I’m not even a local—I'm from Las Vegas, over 1,000 miles away—and yet the team at Black Hills Bicycle treated me like one of their own. I stopped by without an appointment, hoping someone could take a quick look at my 2025 Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Pro front brakes. This is the place to go if you need anything bicycle related. They have a really good selection of parts and accessories. I went in to get a few things to repair an old mountain bike. They were super helpful and even took the time to look over the bike with me and give me some information about the bike. A few days later I returned to buy a new bike. Ian was very thorough, and set me up with the perfect bike. I feel like I walked away with an awesome bike at a killer deal! These guys are awesome!
The experience was amazing!! They are very welcoming and kind! They made us feel very welcomed as we are new to the feild of biking. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone of any level!!
Motor on wife’s e-bike failed; took to Black Hills Bicycles for help. Owner Ian was very helpful; gave us good options and we decided to buy a new bike, Specialized Como 4. Knowing we were on vacation and far from home, Ian worked to get the new bike shipped in and prepared it for us quickly. Wish we had a bike shop of this caliber in Houston!
