I forgot to pack my sleeves for sun protection for my trip to the Mickelson Trail. Black Hills Bicycles had some very good choices. It really helped me enjoy my ride. Great store!
I have been to Black Hills Bikes three different times this summer, and every time received top notch customer service from Joe. As someone who doesn't know a whole lot about bikes, it was very reassuring to have him take ample time and explain everything to me. This is the place to go if you need anything bicycle related. They have a really good selection of parts and accessories. I went in to get a few things to repair an old mountain bike. They were super helpful and even took the time to look over the bike with me and give me some information about the bike. A few days later I returned to buy a new bike. Ian was very thorough, and set me up with the perfect bike. I feel like I walked away with an awesome bike at a killer deal! These guys are awesome!
