The clinic is very clean, spacious and light filled. Alf is very calming and knowledgeable. I felt seen and heard. Post session I feel my complaints were addressed and I feel more centred. I would reccomend Alf, whatever your suffering from!
Warm, relaxing, excellent massage and didn't have to take my clothes off. Would highly recommend.
Alf helped me through the Adelaide 6 day Running event. Very nice person!
