Smells like an ashtray when you walk in the building. Didn't think it was legal to smoke in govt. offices. Rude and not professional at all. Water gives me an instant stomach ache. I won't cook with it or allow my dogs to drink it. Nothing good about Black Hawk Water that I can see. Just sold my home, moving back to Rapid. Very good thing!!!

Water meter froze and broke. This is the only water company in the region that expects their customers to fix the company equipment. Was charged for the replacement parts and had to pay the plumber to fix their meter. Even the plumber said it is Absolutely insane they refuse to fix their own stuff. 24/7 bulk water refill station. $2.00 in quarters will fill my 450 gallon tank. Easy hassle free water refill.
