They have updated their registration and such division. The room where you would normally have to stand in line and there would only be a few chairs now. The room is surrounded by counters and glass people behind the glass, and there wasn't glass before, so they're protected and they have a they have kiosks. Where you either do a walk in or an appointment, enter it into the kiosk. You either use your phone number or your email and you have plenty seats and usually it's not too busy. Very poor experience with the Black Hawk clerk of court. Poor customer service from someone on the phone and was hung up on by an employee. Taxpayer dollars are well at waste here.
