I have several types of arthritis and wanted to find some new shoes to help ease the pain I have been dealing with. Kelly was terrific. She assessed my needs and was very attentive and friendly. I just bought the shoes but initially they feel great. I had to offer some praise for their customer service now, but I will offer another review later for the Hoka arahi 6's I bought.
