We are located in Downtown Staunton in the Historic Wharf District on the corner of Lewis and Byers St. Our back door opens onto the large Wharf Parking Area that hosts the Shak'n music festival series during Summer and the Saturday Farmers Markets. There is plenty of parking in our lot behind the shop.

Hi everybody Well my attempt at renting a bike at an establishment in waynesboro for aug 19th thru aug 28th was a bust “to say the least” - the gap news that was hard to take on an empty stomach I might add i wasn't happy but kept my wits about me Then after finding out the bike shop in staunton actually did not rent bikes - i decided to buy a bike from a very nice gentlemen named James at Black Dog Bikes So I got my wheels for the week and many more trips to our family cabin in my home state of Virginia Thanks James !! Great bike shop. Always do right by the customer.
James is easy going but entertaining biker and fixed my bicycle 🚲 while I waited.
I got a great deal on a specialized bike here several years ago and there's no other bike I'd rather ride. Great shop and super knowledgeable friendly staff.-written 5 years ago.
