Had the BEST experience with this Professional, Punctual and Friendly Car Service. Eric picked us up at the Airport and waited as our flight was delayed without any attitude and total confidence as we drove in unexpectedly unpleasant weather. Throughout our stay in steamboat Black Bear we responsive and prepared and it felt like we had a personal car service / tour guide whenever we needed! When my family visited Steamboat Springs we used Black Bear Transportation for a private ride to and from Hayden Airport. The service was excellent and the price was the same as a shared shuttle, which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommend if you want a private airport shuttle in Steamboat Springs, Colorado . I needed transportation out West recently for a group of executives and left a message on the number listed on Black Diamonds website as there was not multi stop area I could find on the site. Never got a call back from that message but I went ahead and booked the trip online with notes of what we needed and got the confirmation. They did a fine job on day 1, but when it was discovered that there was no car service for day 2 - which is totally my fault, I reached out to see if we could get Black Diamond to pick up the group ... read more
