I have used Black Diamond a few times. The simple fact I have used them more than once is the highest complement I can give. I use such services for business with some frequency and these people rank among the highest. Highly recommended.

This is the second year we’ve used Black Diamond for shuttles from Steamboat to Hayden and they’re the only company I will use going forward. The drivers are always punctual, courteous, and professional. Our driver this year for both shuttles was Rob and he was amazing. Can’t wait to book again with Black Diamond next year!

If I could give zero stars that is more appropriate for a bunch of crooks who cancel your transportation reschedule and then say it’s possible the ride doesn’t happen and then cancel on you anyway. This is after you book your trip with them over 48 hours in advance and they charge you over $200 for airport transportation from Steamboat to Hayden airport. And then when you ask them for a refund they refuse. That is called stealing. You pay them for their services they don’t provide them and they take your money anyway. Had to... read more
