Do not purchase products from Black Diamond. Their rigid return policy is not worth the risk.
Although they no longer make the part I needed, the person at the warranty desk took a few minutes to see if he could salvage the part off of other equipment in the warranty department.
Pretty happy with my shoes from here maybe a bit over priced though
Will never order from here ever again. I paid for 2 day shipping. Places an order Thursday morning well before 12pm MST and the order went out Saturday, today which is fine. But the package will not be here until Thursday (4 day). What did I pay 2 day shipping for? This company obviously charged me for two day, didn't inform the carrier and will try to pocket the money. Awful business practice. I will be returning the whole order since I need it before the date of arrival, and I'll purchase somewhere else.
