Love going here for specialty items pertaining to climbing and the outdoors. Staff is always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Good selection of products and beautiful store/location.
Black Diamond makes some of the best gear in the world. They also hire great customer service and business development employees. This morning I happen to be on an adventure in the Wasatch when someone complimented my Black Diamond Jacket. After a pleasant exchange, he noticed a small tear in my jacket and told me to bring it Black Diamond HQ so he could fix it. Has a good amount of gear would need for outdoors activities. It’s not a huge place, but they have some stuff. Upstairs are skis, poles, climbing carabiners, etc. Down stairs is the discounted stuff from the past season
