For health reasons, I needed transportation for myself and my bike from a remote area near the trail near Webster, Florida on a Sunday afternoon and Lisa was very nice and accommodating on the phone when I called. The driver William who drove the van was equally nice and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your local transportation needs in Central Florida.

My family has loved using Black Coach in the past. However, I think the business has recently been sold and the change in ownership resulted in a ride I took this morning in which the driver the driver did not wear a seat belt, did not use turn signals and seemed to be ill equipped to be driving on the road at an early hour. This put my safety in jeopardy for the duration of the ride. That on top of a nearly 40% increase in price compared to February of this year. On my parents' recommendation (Villages residents), I used Black Coach Transportation (shout out to Robert) multiple times for round trips between the Villages and the airport. My parents also relied on them for medical transport. The service was courteous, the vehicles were clean, and the rates were reasonable. However, sometime in 2025, they merged with Elite Transportation. Their website didn’t mention this, and a mock pre-booking showed the rate as $80.00.
