My family has loved using Black Coach in the past. However, I think the business has recently been sold and the change in ownership resulted in a ride I took this morning in which the driver the driver did not wear a seat belt, did not use turn signals and seemed to be ill equipped to be driving on the road at an early hour. I would recommend Black Coach to everyone. I have had them many times and they are superb in all they do. They are wonderful, on time and always courteous. You will always leave with a smile. Don’t hesitate call now.
On my parents' recommendation (Villages residents), I used Black Coach Transportation (shout out to Robert) multiple times for round trips between the Villages and the airport. My parents also relied on them for medical transport. The service was courteous, the vehicles were clean, and the rates were reasonable. Always punctual. Always polite and very respectful. My last ride I left my sweater in his car. Robert looked for it, found it, and sent it to me priority mail. NO CHARGE! Certainly above and beyond! Highly recommend Black Coach Transportation!
