We booked with Black Car Everywhere for a roundtrip from downtown Chicago to a concert in Madison, WI. This would be a 2-1/2 hour trip each way with a 4+ hour waiting period during the concert. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of the experience. The price was very reasonable given the time/distance involved; the reservations department was very courteous and proactive with communications prior to our trip, and the driver was awesome. Best way to travel to the airport! Our driver arrived early, which was nice. He was very friendly and professional. Helped us load all of our luggage. The car was clean and in good condition. He got us to the airport safely, and we didn’t have to worry about parking! It was great.

Used service to get to and back from concert at United Center. Driver was early, courteous and friendly. Waited extra and gave us directions as to where to meet in the midst of busy crowds after the concert. Was super easy. We would definitely use this service again!

My driver was Abi and he was polite, professional, and a very safe driver amidst the craziness of Chicago traffic! Abi arrived early at the hotel and drove us smoothly to O'Hare in plenty of time to catch our flight. I will 100% book again on my next Chicago trip!
