Called several times couldn’t get a hold of anyone then they hung up on me. I was standing outside of the airport frustrated ,when they finally picked me up ,the driver did not know where to take me after I explained to him several times where my address was, I couldn’t understand him then he caught an attitude with me. I almost thought I was in a hostage situation.
We have been using Black and Black for years and they have always been on time, polite, and easy to get to the airport for all our travel needs. They pick us up in a clean Yukon XL, Denali, or Escalade and the water bottles are a nice touch! Highly recommend!
