I had no experience dealing with CRA, so I was unsure of how to proceed and what to expect. Dean was able to clearly explain the options and guide me through the process. He was also very helpful in arranging the accounting expertise needed to resolve the issue. Dean and associates were timely and accurate in their assistance to get CRA to change their minds about the designation of our property as a residential and no rebate was applicable when in fact it was commercial property and the rebate should have been 100%. We ended up getting a very quick reply from CRA and they did indeed see their error. Thank you!
