Dean was excellent. He provided cost-effective solutions and took me through what a step-by-step resolution would look like.
I came to Blachford Law with a complex tax issue that had me worried beyond anything I have gone through before. Ella and Dean took me on and went head first into the issue with me. So there is always a first time for everything and everyone... Very disappointing experience. I contacted this office regarding an urgent CRA tax issue and never received any reply. When people are dealing with serious financial matters, the least a firm can do is acknowledge the message. Lack of communication like this is extremely frustrating.
Dean was very helpful for addressing our concerns and needs. We would seek legal guidance from him in the future.
