After they got behind on doing my taxes and filed for a extension they ended up doing them wrong and now I'm stuck with getting over 3000$ in bills from the IRS, and paying interest! New owners are not capable of what the last ones were, stay away! Update!!!!! After he avoided calling me back for weeks I stopped in and he would not come out of his office, so after I went back to him he said it wasn't his problem!!! Stay away from this incompetent tax guy!!!! Please take this warning seriously!!!!
I have been going here for probably more than 15 years when it was Ossio Mason. I now needed to file an amended tax return and gave them my info many weeks ago and have called twice and haven’t even been able to talk to my preparer. The last time the secretary said he was in the middle of something and he would call me back. He did not. Looking for a new tax service.
