Man listen, Howie a real stand-up dude! He got my e-bike fixed before the time he even told me, had that thing back right and running smooth. Now I’m letting him take on another job with my e-scooter, so that should tell you something right there! Folks really be judging a book by the cover — gold teeth, indigenous skin, whole nine — but when it come to his BUSINESS and his WORK ETHIC, bruh don’t play! Outstanding experience at Bklyn Tech Bicycles! The technician is welcoming, deeply knowledgeable, and pays great attention to detail. He did an amazing job servicing my e-bike and made sure everything was set up safely and smoothly before I hit the road. If you need any bike repair or maintenance, this is the best spot in town!
I’ve got a $75 second hand bike I bought from a woman who never rode it & I slacked up myself and hadn’t ridden it in quite sometime. I took it Brooklyn Tech and Howard took care of me! I picked up the bike next day and haven’t had 1 issue with this old truck of a bike! Price was great and the service was even better!! I recommend Brooklyn Tech Bikes!
This bike shop is a rip off this dude customer service is trash quoted one price then I showed up and got a different price. I paid him some money up front and when I decided the price was too high he claimed his zell account was not working and would refund me later I doubt ill ever see my $100 back. And wanted to play the victim saying I was wasting his time.
