I’m not typically a complainer but we didn’t have a real good experience. My pants were too short and I was told that it was “today’s style” and I said I still wanted it changed! A few days later, I took my fiancee and tried the pants on again and they were longer. Come wedding day, the pants were shorter again like the first time! This place was amazing! We had an awesome experience! The two ladies that worked there was extremely helpful and kind and actually cared ! The owner was extremely kind aswell ,very good atmosphere!!! Loved it!! Will be coming back and telling everyone else to go there aswell!
After having gone to another local tuxedo shop in Rainbow City and having an absolutely horrible experience, my daughter, her boyfriend, and I came to Bkintz. We were very hesitant after just having been treated so poorly at the other business. The treatment we received at BKintz was amazing from the moment we walked in!
