This is the best spa on Long Island. If you have had a stressful week the services and treatment you receive melts all that stress away. The staff is highly skilled, very warm and welcoming. The space is so clean. I highly recommend!
I used to love coming here and have been a customer since January 2022. They do a great job with Gel-X, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During a recent visit, another client began verbally attacking my mother and screaming profanities inside the salon. What upset us most was the staff’s response. When we asked what was going on, we were told this woman was known to come in intoxicated and that we should ignore her. A close friend of mine recommended BK lounge to me a few years ago and I am so glad she did!! I have been to many salons in the area but the service and staff is nothing compared to BK! The most peaceful quiet nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’m very picky about where I get my nails done and have been a loyal customer to BK lounge since their opening. The owners, Rebecca, Kay and Brian always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my manicure. Their offer amazing services such as manicures, pedicures, and my daughters love their facials with Rebecca!
