This company built 15 new 4/5 bedroom homes. Now, 15 years later, 7 have had to be part or fully re-rendered due to apalling workmanship. Holes where blocks should be, excessive mortar between blocks to avoid cutting blocks now results in possible unstability. The rendering was the worst ever seen said professionals who have been engaged to survey and re-render. Where was Carmarthen Council building regs inspectors when the building was done?
