Nightmare visit. I made an appointment, showed up on time, but sat for over an hour past the appointment time. Then after the 1 hour of waiting, got called into the office but had an incompetent employee set up all the equipment and used another eye doctor (?), using the term loosely, via a zoom call/video conference??? Incorrect lenses were used during the exam but the lovely lady outside the exam room had to come in and tell the girl she used the wrong lenses for the exam while the video “eye doctor” watched via zoom.
