Always does a great job
My mother did her return here and she didn’t ask her many questions. Causing her to have her return amended. Betty said she would do it as soon as she received her return. When I called to let her know we were ready to send off the return, she had an attitude and said she had no time to do it and had no idea when she would. When I asked her if she could print it off for us because of a mistake SHE made she continued to raise her voice. Very disrespectful and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone!
