The midwives are great, the office staff is useless. The woman at the front desk will speak over you and argue with you. She lies in charts and gets away with it. I would have loved if the office manager actually called me like she said she would, but it hasn’t happened and I’m still furious about how Sharonda handled things. She has NO right working in a women’s clinic that deals with recurrent miscarriages.

I highly recommend this practice. I’ve been very pleased with the midwifery care I’ve received here. Additionally, the staff is friendly and kind and quick to assist when you call.
