Tucked in the North Georgia Mountains, we are the home to U-pick orchards, a country bakery and much more. Reece Orchards has long been a family owned and operated apple orchard in Georgia. The started by (B.J.) Boyd Jackson Reece in 1960. B.J. Reece sold apples from underneath a shed at his house about a half-mile west on Hwy 52 from the present building. thanks to really bad traffic control it took me 2 hours to come home from a 15 minute drive to amicalola falls , the traffic was at a dead standstill with no hope of getting home past the apple houses, had to drive literally 93 miles around the mess, stay away!
