I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible attorney. Would not recommend
Bill represented my son in divorce and custody. He charged for unnecessary work that was never used in court and over-charged for everything, promising my son great outcomes. Bill did my son and granddaughter no favors by his poor representation. He talks a good talk but honestly needs to retire. My son got nothing more than a typical outcome and was charged a total of about 20,000, when it was all said and done. What a waste!! Save yourself a lot of money and false hope and go elsewhere for an attorney.
I was married for 4 years. Divorce took 8 years! My ex caused a lot of problems. Biviano did not help. Still dealing with the issues that resulted from those 8 years. Not worth the money he charges.
