I got in touch with technical questions about a Laguna Table saw. Chris not only responded really quickly. He was helpful professional and friendly. On opening the communication chain and getting fast detailed responses to all follow-up queries, I've just bought a Laguna Fusion F3, and an 18BX Bandsaw.
