July 4th 2025 my semi broke down in Stevensville, MT. I got a ride to quality inn from an employee of said place in which I broke down. I called bitterroot taxi and scheduled a ride from Hamilton to Stevensville the morning of July 5th. I confirmed they would be there at 3am and accepted cash or card. Come the scheduled time, there was no sign of the taxi. Simply put the didn’t show for the scheduled pick up and failed to notify me. This Taxi service has gone above and beyond. On more than one occasion they have given me excellent service and are a stellar and fantastic boon to the community.
They were a NO SHOW and they said they’d be right there & it was only 11:pm so I was stuck at the hospital till I could find a ride the next day
