I had contacted this company because my order didn’t ship in two days and I got a little nervous. I received an email that very same day apologizing and saying it would ship the very next day. It not only shipped the next day but the owner called me and apologized and refunded my shipping (completely unnecessary but really awesome!). This is the best company I have ever ordered reloading components from and I have ordered thousands of dollars of reloading supplies over the years! A+++
