Just had our 2nd great experience dealing with Bitter Neumann in Waupaca! Amy was so professional, helpful and personable to deal with! We are very happy to have a local source that we can depend on! We will definitely go back to them for our next appliance purchase!

The store manager, Aaron, and his associate, Amy, were very helpful and professional in our search for a replacement washer and dryer and were able to get us scheduled for delivery and installation in a few days. They have a very nice store with beautiful decor as well.

I bought a stove and dishwasher. Amy couldn’t have been nicer! She was very helpful in picking out what I wanted. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with!

This is our second experience at the Waupaca store. Both have been excellent. Rog is easy to work with, friendly and very professional. We will be back as our needs change. Love the hometown hospitality and nice financing options. Thank you.
