Went to get my iPhone screen fixed here in April. I have been here before so thought it would be okay. After half an hour the gentleman who I have ascertained is the boss gave me my phone back with a flawless screen. I thought that that was the end of that. When I got home however my phone screen was unresponsive and would not register any tap. I emailed to let them know that my phone was not working but had no response. Went to go in and get my iPhone 12 screen replaced. It’s drained my battery and stopped working 3/4 after I got it. Never lasted ended up having to go and pay £100 to get my phone screen replaced elsewhere.
I wouldn’t recommend this shop for gaming console repairs. Firstly, I took my PS5 in for a HDMI port to be replaced. This took about 3 days and when I got the console back the port was fixed but a new problem had appeared. My PS5 was now turning itself off after around 40 minutes of playing games. This had never happened before, so I took it back into the shop. I was told at the shop this was due to the console overheating and that they would also fix this free of charge.
