Very helpful. I contacted the company about a problem with my phone Sunday in a panic cause phone wasn’t working properly we agreed it needed a new battery and went down first thing very Monday morning and was estimated up to an hour to do it which I r Thought was brilliant but they had it done in half an hour. Can’t thank them enough and highly recommend if you need anything fixed or even looking to buy a new device.

Highly recommend Bits N PCs for any phone repairs required. They have replaced iPhone screens twice for us. Their customer service is excellent - they are always quick, and staff are lovely, polite and friendly! They are happy to go the extra mile too - our first visit was close to closing time but they were still happy to replace a screen and did so quickly. My phone packed in and the info on it was lost, took it to here and fantastic they managed to retreve all info and it was all done with a first class service THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH PHONES
