The most WORTHLESS company I've ever worked with. So horrible it's not even funny. I can't believe they're still in business. HARD-PASS They charge me for a phone line that doesn't work half the time, THEN! they claim they have great customer service... They won't answer the customer service line, so you have to go through sales. To say this company is the worst is an absolute understatement. I'm actually looking into legal action against them right now.
Absolutely the WORST customer service I have experienced. My business phone bill through this company is usually $50 a month. This last month it was $326.00. What sucks is they auto-deduct it from my checking so it is not like I can just withhold payment until we resolve the issue. They billed me for calls going back to 2015!! I was told in an email that they discovered an error and did not charge for a bunch of calls going back to 2015 so they are now charging me for them. They will not reply to emails or voicemail.
