i placed an order 12/1/22. they immediately hit my credit card and were paid. 12/8/22 i emailed to get confirmation of the order and an estimated delivery date. NO RESPONSE. 12/13/22 i called. NO RESPONSE. 12/14/22 i emailed and said i would have my credit card reverse the payment if no response. some parts of order were cancelled. The rest never shipped. I contacted customer service and they said it would go out that afternoon. Still haven't received it.

Sub standard customer service. Returned an item and never received an email acknowledging receipt of the return. Several weeks later I did a follow up on the return and credit due. A typical Monday, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Was told they do inventory. An apology was made and I was defensively told they staff of 7 people and do the best they can. 30 days is what the return could take to process. I understand that, however an email acknowledging that fact is critically important and takes less than 5 minutes to produce... read more
